The 8" EdgeHD has all of the AP benefits because it's EdgeHD. It comes with StarSense, but obviously the price of it is built into the unit. Price comparison: 8" EdgeHD Evo w/StarSense + Wedge: $2145 9.25" Evo + StarSense + Wedge: $2847 I'm not sure which to get. I'm looking to get a portable and fast to set up unit, so the Evolution line is
I pose the question because the cost for the Celestron Nexstar Evolution 8" EdgeHD with StarSense (alt-az mount) is approximately $2300 USD and the Celestron NexStar Evolution 9.25" (without EdgeHD or StarSense) is approximately $2100 USD, almost the same. Since they are very nearly the same price, I'm trying to weigh whether the EdgeHD optics
Mitsubishi OEM Valve Cover Gaskets for Evo 9 $11.95 +. Mitsubishi OEM Throttle Cable Clip for Evo 8/9 (MD359033) $16.04. JDM Evo 7, 8 and 9 valve covers, gaskets, stainless bolt kits, spark plug covers, oil caps, PCV valves, -AN fittings for catch cans and more for the 2001-2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII VIII IX models.
Supposedly the 6 and 8 have the same tripod and the 9.25 has the CPC 1100 tripod. Celestron sells this wedge for the Evolution 6 and 8 and this wedge for the 9.25. (wrong! see note below) I read a review on Amazon for the 9.25 wedge where someone bought it for the Evolution 8 and it wouldn't fit. The hole spacing is greater for the larger wedge.
There are two types of oil pumps for the 7-Bolt 4G63, there is one that works on the 7-Bolt 4G63 engines that came in the 2G DSM and Evo1-3 and then there is another oil pump for the Evo 4-9. The easy way to remember this is basically that the oil pump changed when the engine started mounting on the passenger side of the engine bay.
But the suggested pricing of Samsung's low-end drive needs to come down quite a bit, considering the faster T7 Shield, at $119, currently sells for $70 less than the T5 Evo at the same 2TB
Surprisingly, the Corvette streaks to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds (as tested by our friends at MotorTrend), matching the estimated figure for the Huracan Evo. The European boasts a higher top speed of
Subaru engines have more problems than the 4G63 in general though. The Evo will have more issues in general, but a Subaru is much more likely to crack a ringland, spin a bearing, blow a head gasket, etc. Pretty much only if you are modifying stupidly. And the Evo is much more likely to lose a main crank bearing.
The Superwinch has the brake outside the drum and would come with the synthetic rope, and I've heard good things about durability, but its made in Taiwan. Finally, the VR-EVO has the brake inside the drum (and the drum is smaller than the M8-S), so same concern with overheating the rope. Also the VR is waterproofed, which I feel is more of a
Same car and mods except turbo; stock evo 8 (lower video) and stock evo 9 (upper video). Chip tuning is slightly different for the two cases, in particular
The Evo 8 has better handling in corners than the Evo 9. But, the Evo 9 has better anti-contact performance. This means if you use an Evo 8, you'll get pushed more easily than if you were using an Evo 9. The Evo 8 can be good in VS matches, but it no doubt appeals more to Time Attacks than VS.
